The Regimental Museum is located at 36 Mulcaster Street in downtown Barrie, in the original Company Armoury and Drill Hall, built in 1889.
Starting with the Fenian Raids (1866, 1870) and the Riel Rebellion (1885), members of the Regiment have served in the South African War (1899-1902), both World Wars, Korea, the Middle East, Germany, the former Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and in other conflicts and postings.
The Museum offers an insight into the contribution the Grey & Simcoe Foresters have made to the development of Canada as a country and to the continuing Canadian presence in world events. Visitors can view historically significant artifacts including examples of period uniforms, medals, field gear, official recognitions and documentation collected over the Regiment's long history.
